I did not get my sign-in code
Check your spam folder and ask for a new code. Codes work for a short time. You can also sign in with Google instead.
How do I join a family?
Open the invitation link you were sent, sign in, and you are in. If you only have a code, open Famuni and enter it when asked.
How do I install Famuni on my phone?
iPhone: open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, open the menu, then Install app.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Write to hello@famuni.app from the address you use to sign in, and we will delete your account and everything you added within 30 days.
How do I report something?
Tell the family owner, or write to hello@famuni.app and describe what happened. We take it seriously.
